Proper Attire is Required:

• Leotard • Tights • Dance skirt(optional) •
• Black tap shoes • Pink ballet shoes •
• Black jazz shoes • Jazz pants •
• Hair securely pulled back •

• Missed classes, cancelled classes due to incliment
weather, and "Holidays" may be made up..

• No refunds or credits.

• Tuition may be paid annually or in 10 monthly installments.

•Rates are Pro-Rated.

• A Late Registration Fee of $20 will be charged for
registering after September 2nd.

• Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month.

Private and semi-private lesson payments are due in advance on the first of each month.
Any missed lessons may be made up in a class.
